Continued use of the account, including logging in, depositing, or placing a wager, counts as ongoing acceptance of whatever version of these terms is published at the time. Verifying Your Identity and Prohibited Conduct
Before a first withdrawal is processed, we require identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents are a driver’s licence, a passport, or a provincial photo ID card, together with a proof of address such as a utility bill or a bank statement. Verification can be requested at any point, not only before a withdrawal, if account activity looks unusual.
Multi-accounting is not permitted: one account is allowed per person, per household, and per payment method, and a second account discovered under the same identity or payment instrument may be closed along with any associated balance. A withdrawal request can only be released to a payment method that was previously used to deposit on the same account, and the name on that method must match the name on the verified account.
Our Bonus Rules and Limits on Our Liability
Bonus funds, including the welcome package and any free spin winnings converted to bonus funds, carry a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount, must be cleared within 30 days of being credited, and are subject to a maximum bet of $5 per spin while a bonus is active. Our liability to you is limited to the funds held in your account balance.
